Option 1. Shell and furniture packages

Choose from a variety of  packages so you can arrive onsite with the perfect set-up of furniture and lighting.

Option 2. We can build your stand for you with SmartSpace

We have developed a bespoke stand build service, SmartSpace, to offer you competitive rates and a fully integrated experience.

Option 3. Space only

Only the floor space is provided and you are responsible for the design and construction of your stand, using contractors of your own choice within the Rules & Regulations of Aircraft Interiors Expo. You will need to submit your build plans to us for approval to ensure they conform with venue regulations.

Please note that all exhibitors have compulsory indemnity and registration fees alongside the cost of stand packages.

We can build your stand

To offer you a unique and cost effective stand design and build option without the hassle of expensive stand designers and builders, we used our expertise to develop SmartSpace.

You can choose fully customised bespoke or modular system stands, which can be altered to your preferences and are tailor-made to meet your needs. Here is a little more about your options.

Bespoke Designs

A completely unique design concept, designed specifically to your requirements. Once you have decided on an idea for your stand, you will send your brief to the SmartSpace team who will design a stand concept. Alternatively, feel free to show the team an existing stand design you would like replicate (take a look through our photo gallery below for inspiration)!

System Stands

A tailored, cost effective and flexible modular solution. Start the design process by choosing one or two open sides, your stand size and one of the three main designs (ONS, SUR and PIC). The System Stands can be tailored specifically to your requirements using a range of standard components that fit together to ensure it stands out from your competitors.
