About AIX

The world’s best aircraft interiors industry expo

The industry's meeting place

Aircraft Interiors Expo is the world’s leading event for airlines and the supply chain to source the latest innovations, technologies and products for the cabin interiors, inflight entertainment and passenger comfort industries. We unite the world’s airlines with aviation interior suppliers over three days of face-to face business, discovering, networking and buying at the Hamburg Messe.

To ensure you have access to the full spectrum of onboard passenger experience solutions, we are co-located with World Travel Catering and Onboard Services Expo, making the potential for networking and connecting with the most relevant and influential people in the business sky high.

The CabinSpace Live seminar programme also gives you the opportunity to hear the views of industry leaders and colleagues as they share experience and case studies to help you solve your latest challenges.

We then combine the expertise of both events to bring you the Passenger Experience Conference where you can discover the inside knowledge and solutions to solve today's issues, alongside the blue sky ideas of the future.

The setting for powerful and ambitious collaborations: engineers, buyers, suppliers, cabin crew and designers working together to find immediate practical answers. If you are involved or responsible for the purchase of cabin interiors, in-flight entertainment, connectivity, passenger experience and passenger services, this is the industry event you cannot afford to miss.

Aircraft Interiors Expo is the perfect location to show our product. We've got airlines around the world coming here, they are interested in seeing innovation and for us it’s a good way to make sure we have something new and exciting to show to our customers. This is the perfect location.

This is a must-attend for the Aircraft Interiors industry. Passenger Experience Week is great to catch-up with previous or existing contacts and also to make new ones too. We tend to build year on year and this is great for the Northern Ireland Hub and supply chain.

The success of exhibiting here is told well after the event itself, but when you do meet that person or contact that eventually leads to something meaningful, it proves to us that we have to be here at the Aircraft Interiors Expo.

We have been coming to AIX since 2006, so it really feels like you are coming home. This year is no exception and we have made connections with a number of new customers. AIX is the key show of the year for us, Hamburg is the biggest one we attend and it never fails to deliver against expectations.

History of the show

Aircraft Interiors Expo launched in 2000 in Cannes and has grown and expanded over the years, tripling the number of visitors walking through the doors, and finally finding its way to the aviation hub in Hamburg. Technological advances meant new features could be added and the show continued to develop. With the introduction of awards ceremonies, the Innovation Lounge, extra hall spaces and two sister shows, AIX has become the largest and most comprehensive global passenger experience event in the world.
