A 2021 Event Update

As we all continue to adapt, we believe that our industry and community will rebound stronger than ever and we will meet in person again soon. While no one can 100% predict how 2021 will pan out, you can be certain that everything we do this year will be with one single focus — to bring our industry together to accelerate your recovery.

As we continue to plan for AIX and WTCE to take place as live events from 31 August  – 2 September 2021, our absolute priority remains the same, to deliver an engaging COVID secure face-to-face  event to serve the cabin interiors and inflight services industry.

That said, if circumstances intervene, and restrictions make a physical event unviable, we will make sure we speak to you early and openly about any change of plans. We appreciate how much planning and resource go into preparation for events of this scale but we will not compromise on safety and wellbeing.

We’re ready to bring the industry back together again and help in its recovery.

Reed Exhibitions announces 5 Point Safety Plan

The Reed Exhibitions 5-Point Safety plan sets out to reduce the assessed risks of Covid-19 by complementing and building on safeguarding measures already in place outside of the trade exhibition and event setting.

This is the Second Edition of Reed Exhibitions’ Global COVID-19 ‘Safety Shows’ Health & Safety strategy and represents a refresh, keeping pace with the evolving pandemic; emerging research; changes in thinking and practice etc. as the industry gradually adapts and reopens for business. We’ve seen the trade exhibitions and events industry react as best it could as restrictions on gatherings (of any size) and on domestic and international travel rolled-out across the world. Global state-imposed closures have though allowed us time to take stock and reset ready for reopening.
