The North Entrance leads straight into Hall B1 where the VIP Lounge is located. Early access via the North Entrance is available to VIPs only from 8:30am daily for complimentary breakfast. Other hall entrances are open from 9am.
Once again Aircraft Interiors Expo will be providing a VIP Lounge for the exclusive use of airlines and rail / cruise operators, located in Hall B1 with direct access from the North entrance.
The VIP lounge is a dedicated area where you can relax, have meetings and enjoy the following complimentary facilities: NEW: VIP Networking Diary - coming soon! Taking place on Monday 8th April at the CCH - Congress Center Hamburg, from 5pm - 9pm following on from the Passenger Experience Conference (also open to non-conference VIP attendees free of charge).

Networking Breakfast
Why not take advantage of our Networking Breakfast where you can discuss and debate the latest issues facing airlines today at the breakfast round table discussions. This will take place on Tuesday 9th April (Day 1) from 08:30am – 9am in the VIP lounge.
Early Access
VIP lounge will this year be open from 8:30am to enable you to network and have a continental breakfast before the show opens and your hectic meetings schedule starts.
Passenger Experience Conference
This highly targeted one-day conference, takes place at the CCH - Congress Center Hamburg on Monday 8th April the day before the exhibition opens. It runs from 9am to 5pm and incorporates insightful plenary sessions, panel discussions and case studies.
As a VIP you are eligible for discounted entry to the conference, pre-registration is now closed but you can still register at a discounted rate when you arrive at the registration area. The on-site cost is €106.
