€435 per sqm plus €330 for standard internet listing. This package is exclusively designed for fist time exhibitors* offering a complete package to exhibit at Aircraft Interiors Expo 2014.
You will receive:
• Stand Space
• Shell Scheme including: walls, name-board, carpet, pre-show clean, spotlights (1 per 4sqm) plus 3 kilowatt mains European power socket (in one fixed location), consumption and internal wiring to spotlights
• Standard Internet Listing
• Furniture including: table, 3 chairs, lockable cupboard, counter, barstool, literature rack and waste bin
• Official Show Catalogue Entry (100 words)
• Lead Retrieval Scanner (to allow you to scan the badges and collect the data for all the visitors to your stand)
For example a 9sqm stand under the FTE package = €4,245.00 (other stand sizes are available)
* This offer only applies to first time exhibitors in Hall B1. who have not participated in the last three editions (2011, 2012, 2013) of Aircraft Interiors Expo. This package does not include insurance.
Sharing Companies:
€330 (includes standard Internet listing): If you are having other companies on your stand make sure everyone knows about it, by registering them as an official stand sharer.
Standard Internet Listing (compulsory):
€330: The Standard Internet Listing includes a description of your company and products, company logo, product information, images and press releases, giving you greater exposure to all visitors prior to the show.
Stand Approval Fee:
€180: All space only stands must submit their stand build plans for approval by our operations department to ensure they conform to venue regulations.
