After graduating from the Ecole De Hautes Etudes Commerciales du Nord business school, Arnaud Masson started his career as an internal auditor at L’Oreal in 1995, going on to occupy various finance functions at Apple and dot com companies.

He joined the world of transport in 2002 as Head of Loyalty Programme for TGV, the high-speed rail service of French rail operator SNCF.

Arnaud Masson has worked for Eurostar in London since 2002, first as Head of Pricing and Revenue Management and, since March 2010, as Head of Onboard Services for the newly created Eurostar International, the first international railway company operating services between London and Paris/Brussels.
