Zotefoams manufactures the world’s lightest closed-cell thermoplastic foams. ZOTEK®F PVDF foams offer excellent flammability performance, chemical, temperature & UV resistance. They meet FAR 25.856(a) and suited to many thermal and acoustic insulation applications including light-weight structural components (ducting). Several OEM approvals (BMS 8-371D, NATO, NASA) have been gained. ZOTEK®F OSU grades meet FAR 25.853(d) and exhibit exceptionally low OSU. Ideal for interior soft trim in combination with leathers, textiles and decorative laminates including low FST cores for composite and divider panels. Plastazote® LD24/45FR, MP15FR PE foams have been used in seat cushions & insulation.
